We are looking for a ‘Senior Talent Acquisition’ for our business partner that we are consulting

Job Description;

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• increase professional network by using social media
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Work with the heads of departments / units for evaluation of employees
• Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
• Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

Job Requirements;

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team
• Higher education
• Excellent computer skills – excellent level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Good knowledge of English
• Residing in İzmir or İstanbul
