Job Description;
•Conducting candidate processes for white collar and blue collar positions
•Creating the content of job adverts,
•Being in contact with our corporate business partners and carrying out communication processes
•Conducting online, telephone and face-to-face preliminary interviews with eligible candidates,
•Applying competency and language tests to candidates depending on the requirements of the position
•Conducting competency-based interviews,

Job Requirements;
•Graduated from related departments of universities
•Can actively use social media accounts
•Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
•Adopting dynamic and development as a principle
•Very good diction and high energy
•Suitable for team work
•Interested in technology and innovations,
•Preferably with consultancy firm recruitment experience
•Fluent knowledge of English
•At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a consultancy firm, we are waiting for the applications of our experienced candidates. 😊
